Cavine, age 10, was the first child started on ARV's by MSF in Madi Opei, Uganda. her mother sought treatment for her at a variety of hospitals around Madi Opei before she was treated by MSF. Without treatment she would surely have died her mother said. Now she has gained weight and feels good. "When i look at my picture there i see someone who is healthy and i dont see any sick patient there" Cavine said when shown these pictures.
