According to his doctyor Florien Oudenaarden ?We got the news that his DAT test was positive. That?s the confirmation test we do for Kala Azar. That one was positive, so we had a diagnosis. He had all the symptoms, with a big spleen, lymph nodes; he was weak, wasted and a fever. So now we had a diagnosis and could treat the right disease. We started treatment on the 17th of April 2012, so today he received his third (treatment). It?s nasty treatment, it?s two big injections everyday,[?] for 17 days.?
