"Ms.Carr started the orphanage here after the genocide. The most important thing she showed was to love. Sometimes it is difficult but we must do it. She liked the flowers. I remember her here. She was kind, she loved the children and she tried to care. She was very beautiful. Her advice was to love each other and to help the beggars, to care for children, to work and to study." - Claudia Ingabire, Orphan raised at Imbabazi, Now a business major in University at Gisenyi, Rwanda.
