Barbara Azzarella operating the  100's maker at the Buffalo cigarette  factory. The factory is owned by J.C. Seneca and has been manufacturing cigarettes on the Seneca reservation since 2009. If NY state plan to tax the cigarettes sold by natives goes through Seneca said that he would stop selling major brands and sell only native made brands. "We now have our own manufactures. There are plenty of Seneca produced cigarettes, We've made plans to increase our product lines," Seneca said.
