Somali refugee Abdi Fatah Aden's arm was broken by a bullet when he was caught in the crossfire of a gun battle in Somalia He was treated by Doctors Without Borders in Mareray before his family fled to the refugee camp in Kenya. His arm became infected during the family's journey. Upon arrival in Kenya he was admitted to the hospital in Dagahaley camp, Dadaab. July, 2011
