"The people are very vulnerable here - they don't have livestock or their own shops.  .Mainly, people are returnees from the war in 1988.  .The strongest go downtown every day to look for something to do.  Some get work, some don't.  .Inflation is affecting them - some don't get something to cook - life is getting harder.  .People don't have good shelter, blankets.  .Malnutrition is a big problem, mainly it's the kids, elderly, women and lactating mothers who suffer.  .The sun is ripping the shelters..Before the war, we lived in the town - paid rent - lived normally.
