IOM  refers medical cases to partners in the field. MSf runs hospitals in IFO extesion, Dagahaley and at the transit point in Liboi. while doing routine medical screenings IOM identifies cases of people to sick to travel and refers them to MSF for care. MSF clinical officer John Kinyanjui examining Somali refugee child Lel Omar  who was admitted, in early October  2011, to the therapeutic feeding center at msf hospital in Dagahaley camp part of the sprawling refugee camp complex in Dadaab, Kenya. Lel's mother was also admitted to the hospital, leaving only his uncle to care for him. The family fled from Kismayo to  in September 2011.
